“一带一路”背景下的中国软实力透视

Abstract:The initiative of “One Belt，One Road” in based on cooperation and win-win idea，which demonstrates that China will focus on advocating the “Silk Road Spirit”，and promoting the construction of “One Belt，One Road”，to a large extent，by soft power. Soft power is a country’s ability to attract others to follow，which consists of its abilities in four areas：cultural radiation，institutional attractiveness，international charisma and overall centripetal force. With the rapid increase of China’s hard power，its soft power has been enhanced greatly. There are，however，many a weakness and imbalance. In order to better promote the construction of “One Belt，One Road”，China needs to devote itself to enhance its soft power，build the new Silk Road into an international artery of peace，cooperation，and harmony based on its own attractiveness.
