文章摘要：本文梳理了泰国外商直接投资法律与政策的演变过程，并结合泰国现行法律法规、投资便利化措施、投资优惠政策三个关键性内容对泰国外资的行业准入、股权比例限制等重要问题进行阐述，对泰国外商直接投资法律环境展开分析。最后，结合案例对泰国外商直接投资可能涉及的法律风险展开分析，从实务角度对这些法律风险提出应对策略。
