Abstract:Thailand is an important pivotal country in the construction of the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road. It is the long-term stable economic and political relationship between China and Thailand，the close ties of humanities，and the special advantages of Thailand that have laid the foundation for the construction of the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road. The Sino-Thai cooperation is in the fundamental interest of both sides and can be a good demonstration effect. In the process of building the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road，both sides should advance interconnection and enhance cooperation in fields such as policy coordination，facilities connectivity，unimpeded trade，financial integration and People-to-people bond. The Sino-Thai cooperation will own promising prospects although some challenges will matter.
