Abstract:On the basis of international comparison on the logistics performance and analysis of the logistics cost of typical countries，the report on China’s logistics cost are analyzed in detail. Among logistics industry powerful nations，Germany logistics overall level is the world’s leading，Japan does better in the logistics cost controlling，the United States gets a rapid development of logistics industry；China’s logistics cost falls during these years，but is still higher than advanced countries. Referring to the logistics development of the developed countries，corresponding measures in reducing China’s logistics cost are put forward.
