Under the background of qualitative change in the foreign trade environment，the Pearl River Delta must jump out the foreign trade and economic development mode that based on “the coma benefit”，grasp the opportunity，with information technology speeds up the technical innovation，business model innovation，reconstruct and upgrade the foreign trade value chain in Pearl River Delta.
