Abstract:For a long time, India has the deep-rooted sense of "power", it has been regard "the center of Asia", "Asian military power," and "world-class power" as the country's strategic objectives, adhere to the "regional limited deterrence strategy", focus on the development of national defense potential, enhance the mobilization ability. To this end, India vigorously expand the arms, and actively carry out mobilization preparation. This article firstly introduces the leadership system of the country's national defense mobilization, including mobilization in leader body, and executive body; then introduces the country's national defense mobilization system, including the military service system, the appointment of officers, reserve forces, paramilitary forces system, the system of civil defense mobilization system, economic mobilization; at last, it introduces the basic measures to mobilize the country, including the overall development of the economy is based on the priority of the development of national defense, the establishment of rapid response forces, the construction of the battlefield, adjusting the mobilization of the leadership system, the adhere to the national security education.
