Education and training of the cyber security talents is the basis for building national safeguard ability. It is time to pay attention to cyber security talents and strengthen the cyberspace. In addition，countries in the world continue to carry out the cyber security awareness education and publicity activities. The cyber security awareness education has been the basis for enhancing the capacity of national cyber security protection. It is aimed to promote public’s cyber security awareness and reducing the probability of public cyber security risks by improving the public’s cyber security knowledge and skills.
