Abstract:Social interaction of China and South Korea came into a new period in 2014 with the most remarkable feature of mutual constructing. If there had only been direct significant influences on Chinese society by South Korean people，culture and capital while less influence on South Korean society by Chinese since the establishment of Sino-South Korea diplomatic relations. Then the situation changed in the year of 2014. The exchange of staff came into a period of mutual interaction. Hallyu culture turned into a co-production period. Integration of consumer market deepens and Chinese capital began to be invested in South Korean society. The growth of Chinese economy，widely application of internet and the success of FTA between China and South Korea are the main causes of the changes above. They also help to promote the development of mutual constructing for the two countries’ society，which mainly shows the emerging direct influence from China on South Korean society. The Chinese people，consumption and capital will flow into South Korea and change its city appearance，cultural atmosphere，industrial structure and employment market. There must be some more challenges in social interaction between China and South Korea.If there is no effective guides，a contravene to China by South Korean society can be triggered，thereby stimulating conflict of nationalist sentiment and hurting Sino-South Korea relations. In the process of searching for the maximized common benefits of China and South Korea，if we can hold the principle of win-win situation，pay close attention to influence on South Korean society by Chinese factors and meet the demand of its different social classes，we may win their confidence then.
