老龄化背景下的韩国老人医疗保障政策及问题、调整

Abstract:South Korea’s aging is developing in a rapid speed. The South Korean government is supporting the elderly population from the health insurance，long-term care insurance，medical relief，the elderly health utilities and other aspects of health，and has made some achievements. However，there are still some problems，which include that the proportion of health insurance for the elderly expenditure is big，heavy personal medical burden，low medical assistance range and narrow coverage，the elderly long-term care insurance system’s standard is too strict，facilities and level of care is low，low degree of participation to elderly care institutions，etc. To solve these problems the government must advance the elderly to employment closely. In order to achieve a campaign promise，Park Geun-hye government is currently actively carrying out the policy that the elderly reduce medical cost burden level. But solving the elderly medical security problem is not only able to rely on Park Geun-hye government solely，but also the South Korea government continued efforts and the South Korean government long uninterrupted offorts.
