Abstract:This report summarizes global non-cash payment market and development of payment and clearing systems in some developed countries and BRICS countries. There are two features in global non-cash payment system，one is the vigorous development of mobile and electronic payment，and the other is the growth of non-bank payment. On the basis of basic data and major countries’ practice，we find some new developing trends in global payment and clearing system. Firstly，some regional supervision measure are published in recent years；Secondly，mobile payment has been the focus of payment system；Thirdly，non-bank institutions’ payment get strong growth；At last，the payment theory updates slowly.
