我国证券清算结算体系的建设与运行

Abstract:In 2014，China’s clearing and settling system about securities operates stably，and the scale of business developed rapidly. Meanwhile，the construction of the system was advanced comprehensively，and some breakthroughs were achieved，which improved the efficiency and safety of the system and promote the process of internationalization of the system. This paper introduces the construction and function of China’s clearing and settling system about securities in 2014，and offers some proposals about the main problems in the system now，combined with the opinions which the State Council issued in 2014 in order to further promote the healthy development of the capital market.
