我国中央银行支付清算体系的建设与运行

Abstract:In 2014，the central bank payment and settlement system operated steady. The central bank accounting data concentration system and the second generation system of payment system achieved milepost development，regulating the payment service market development，deepening the rural payment market development has obtained remarkable results. Meanwhile，some payment services risk events has exposed，the pace of RMB internationalization is speeding up，RMB clearing market opens further，etcetera，also put forward higher requirements of the central bank payment and settlement system. In 2015，the central bank should focus on the implementation of the central strategic plan for comprehensive deepening of reform and opening up，the overall strengthening of the rule of law，dealing with the relationship between the development of the market，innovation and norms.
