Abstract:In 2013，Shinzo Abe，the prime minister of Japan，put forward the “Cool Japan” strategy clearly and propelled it continually. Publishing the declaration of “Cool Japan Found the State”，setting up a minister that is responsible for the “Cool Japan Strategy” and convening “The Cool Japan Propelling Conference” are included in the strategy. After a long ferment，the “Cool Japan” finally enters into Japan’s policy field as a national strategy，and becomes an important component of Japan’s foreign strategy. The “Cool Japan” strategy is not only in order to improve Japanese economic efficiency，but also aimed at promoting Japanese soft power and the international influence of Japan，so that it can make Japan become a “world power”. The “Cool Japan” strategy will influence Chinese national security on the bilateral，regional and global level，especially on the background of Japan’s wholly right deviation，the negative impact of “Cool Japan” is worth to be concerned.
