Abstract:China-Africa new strategic pertnership shows several new features based on the original in 2013.The strategic element is increasingly apparent in China-Africa relations. The economic and trade cooperation has been extended to industries beyond energy field. It has become an important stage to show China’s responsibility in Africa. These features indicate the transformation in China-Africa new strategic partnership. This transformation is caused by the increasingly fierce external competition，changes in Africa’s economic development and international status，demand for China’s own economic transformation and external strategy. With the development of internal and external factors changed，the transformation in China-Africa relations will gradually unfold. China-Africa new strategic partnership will be more inclusive in future. The economic and trade relations will tend symmetry of interdependence. China will provide more public goods in Africa. China’s economy going through a more market-oriented restructuring will provide a huge historic opportunity for Africa’s industrialization and in-depth development of China-Africa relations.
