美国两洋经贸战略对中国外部经贸安全环境的挑战

Abstract:In 2013，the Obama Administration pushed forward economic and trade “two-ocean strategy”，that is，actively promoting both of the “Trans-Atlantic Trade and Investment Partnership Agreement” （TTIP） and “Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement” （TPP） negotiations. The intentions of “two-ocean strategy” are to reach the two agreements mentioned above and achieve three objectives：stimulating economic growth and reversing the declining trend of development caused by crisis，so as to regain the world economic hegemony；breaking down the current regional cooperation frameworks and restoring the market-oriented western free economic systems dominated by the US；regaining the dominance of global economic governance and establishing the international economic rules of 21st Century mainly by the US. US economic and trade “two-ocean strategy” is one of the external insecure factors to China’s peaceful development. It makes big challenges to the regional cooperation，participation in the process of globalization，and economic security environment of China. China should take effective measures to meet the challenges actively.
