日本电动汽车产业发展国家战略研究

Abstract:Automible industry is the pillar of Japan’s national economy. Japan’s administrtions have always attached great importance to the R&D of new-energy-vehicle technologies and the research on strategic policies，fully developing HV，PHV，BEV and FCV，which enables the EV（Electric Vehicle） industry policy to become part of the national strategy of economic development. The national strategy of EV development satisfies Japan’s needs of achieving a low-carbon society，and is also a practical approach of addressing climate change，fulfilling its emission reduction commitment，and relieving its pressure of energy shortage. But more importantly，Japan is aimed at becoming the champion of the technology of vehicles in the future，which can ensure that Japan will enjoy core competitiveness and hegemony in the global EV market.
