环境压力与能源环境战略——中国“供给管理”的重大课题

Abstract:Taking HU Line as a starting point，we observe and sum-up the serious energy-environmental intensity of pressure and challenges in China，specially identified as “Half-part-under-total Intensity of Pressure Type”，with the triple overlapped：（1） the energy-environmental intensity of pressure form from the phenomenon that the population on southeast part is 94.2% of the total while the land area is only 42.9% aside the HU Line;（2） The heavy energy-environmental intensity of pressure along with the intensive high speed economic growth in take-off stage in recent decades;（3）The heavy energy-environmental intensity of pressure caused by the “coal-majority” energy structure of the natural endowment which is closely related to the ecocrisis factors taking smog as a symbol. Then we emphasize on the special targeted aspects when optimizing China’s energy-environmental strategy，and draw off the natural contact to Supply Management，and then discuss the implementation of Supply Management about the logical path，emphases and the theoretical guiding.
