闽籍海外华商国内发展的驱动因素、特征与未来挑战

Abstract:As an important overseas business group，Fujian Overseas businessmen made brilliant achievements in the world and participate in China’s economic development at the same time. Based on the basic situation introduction of overseas Chinese businessmen in Fujian，we sums up their characteristics，driving factors and challenges in development of domestic development. After analysis we conclude：（1） driving factor of Fujian overseas businessmen domestic development including “patriotic love Township complex”，“the good development environment”，“domestic economic development provides a good opportunity” and “Fujian Overseas associations to promote”；（2） Fujian overseas domestic development features include “significant stage characteristics”，“diversified characteristics”，“enterprise development and fulfill social responsibility together”. （3）Fujian overseas Chinese businessmen future domestic development challenges include that，the Chinese hometown feelings of new Fujian overseas businessmen generation weakened，which may affect their future development concept and model in the domestic. At present we have taken vigorous promotion of overseas Chinese education，and organize a variety of activities and training measures，and the effect is good.
