台籍华人全球人口分布变化趋势探析

Abstract:The people of Taiwan showed a tendency of homebody except for the tensions between Mainland and Taiwan，the overseas Chinese from Taiwan just only increased 28000 people over the past six years. The overseas Chinese from Taiwan mainly gathered in the Western developed countries，especially in the USA，who accounted for half of them. What they really cared was the “survival security”，and studying in abroad also accounted for a large part of immigration，and so did the life environment. The numbers of overseas Chinese of Southeast from Taiwan were numerous，but mostly were the early settlers；they hardly immigrated to there except for the investment to Vietnam in recent years. Today，the people of Taiwan immigrating to the outside are different with the early times for survival，and the gathering places have had a great change.
