Abstract:Once being Barcelona’s manufacturing center，Pubunuo has declined with global industrial economic adjustment and transformation. Through the implementation of 22@ project to promote knowledge intensive industry，22@distrct became the world’s first innovative urban and Pubunuo revived. The planning concept，transformation content，policy measures and implementation path of 22@project are worth using for reference. 展开
