2014年的日美同盟：战略合作下的协调与摩擦

Abstract:In 2014，in the context of U.S. strategy of rebalancing in Asia-Pacific region and Japanese drive for the “national normalization” and “the rise as a military power”，there has been frequent interaction and close coordination between Japan and U.S.，with the mixture of strategic cooperation and contradiction. On one hand，Japan and U.S. work jointly to “reconstruct and strengthen the building of Japan-U.S alliance” and intervene in the regional affairs，with the issue of coping with China as the “problem consciousness” and the security cooperation as the key of general strategic coordination. One the other hand，with the growing sense of independence and assertiveness in the framework of the alliance，Japan takes a series of action concerning diplomacy with neighboring countries，participation with international affairs and policy toward China，which has contradicted with U.S. national interest and strategy，giving problems to Japan-U.S. alliance management and bring up uncertainty to the long-term development of the alliance.
