广东机电产品出口竞争力的问题与对策

Abstract:From current situation of mechanical and electrical products’ exportation in Guangdong，this paper summarizes several characteristics of import and export trade since its accession to the WTO. Meanwhile，it analyzes on competitive power of foreign trade via using of Trade Competitiveness Index as well as evaluates the export competitiveness objectively connecting the recent domestic and foreign economic environment. Overall，Guangdong mechanical and electrical product leads the field in the exports and has a comparative advantage in the global market. But the Guangdong foreign trade also faces some challenges in improving the exportation structure，increasing investment in research，encouraging the development of own brands and other issues. After analyzing these problems，this paper put forward corresponding suggestion and countermeasure.
