文章摘要：1952年以来，伴随经济快速发展，我国能源消费已从自给有余状态发展至国际化阶段。能源消费总量持续增长，消费结构不断演进，单位产出能耗有所改善，能源消费带来的碳排放问题日益凸显，产出效率与发达国家相比差距还很明显。从可持续发展的角度考虑，未来我国能源消费应坚持“源头控制”“效率优先”“整体协调”的发展原则。
