中国城乡规划实施中存在的问题及对策

Abstract:>The illegal and immoral activities lying in the process of urban and rural planning and construction are major problems for urban and rural development. Here we dominate a method named“Examples of proof”to descript the negative phenomena that occurred during the planning and implementation，such as the enclosure movement，massive dismantling and constructing activities，thousands of cloning cities and villages in the same pattern，demolished heritages and walls，shelter construction and chaos cityscape，landless peasants and the passing away lifes due to resisting demolition，decayed morals and lost public confidence. Then，starting from the preparation，implementation and the external environment of urban and rural planning and implementation，we attempt to explore and analyze the causes of above adverse effects. Finally，some corresponding countermeasures are raised addressing such problems. The goal of our study is to provide references for ensuring that social，economic and construction activity can be efficiently，orderly and continuously carried forward.
