文章摘要：在北京市建设世界城市背景下，朝阳区承载了重要的经济、社会功能，其定位应当是北京世界城市经济核心功能区。本文在对国内外宏观环境进行分析的基础上，剖析了朝阳区未来的战略选择与功能定位，提出朝阳区近期的重大任务，并结合朝阳区经济发展、空间布局、社会发展等领域的现状与问题，提出了相应的对策建议。
