城市与气候变化：《全球人类住区报告》解读及其对中国启示
文章摘要：气候变化影响到城市的方方面面，城市作为主要的温室气体排放源，必须在应对气候变化中作出贡献，包括减缓和适应气候变化。本文借鉴最新的国际相关研究资料，对城市与气候变化之间的关系做了新的论述，提出了由气候变化减缓向气候变化适应转变的新思路，并提出摸清排放清单、加强城市易受灾害评估、加强国际合作等一系列当前对我国城市应对气候变化有启示性的建议。
