B.21”欧洲文化之都”计划：凝聚欧洲人的文化战略
文章摘要：“欧洲文化之都”计划自实施以来，已经成功塑造了众多的欧洲明星城市，这些城市利用此契机彻底改造自己的文化基地和设施，通过举办“文化之都”活动提高城市知名度，促进了文化旅游业的发展，同时，吸引了新的投资，促进了城市产业的升级和改造。本文对“欧洲文化之都”计划进行介绍，以期对我国文化都市的建设有指导意义。
