文章摘要：本文首先概述了自由贸易园区的概念和主要特点；其次，从发展基础、战略意义和战略定位三方面分析了深圳服务贸易发展趋势与构建深圳自由贸易园区的必要性和可行性；再次，从建设思路、功能定位、目标、空间布局和布局载体等方面，研究基于服务贸易自由化的深圳自由贸易园区构想；最后，从投资、服务、监管、财税政策等方面，提出深圳建立自由贸易园区的几点政策试点方案。
Abstract:This paper outlines the concept and features of Free Trade Zone. Secondly，the paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of Shenzhen Free Trade Zone. Thirdly，the paper researches the Free Trade Zone based on services trade liberalization from construction，function，goal，arrangement and vector. Finally，the paper puts forward the countermeasure of Shenzhen Free Trade Zone’s development. 展开
