Abstract:Driven by strong market demand, Guangzhou software industry develops rapidly and attaches the government policy support, which creates a favorable environment for innovation, and promotes the Guangzhou software industry from the stage of spontaneous dispersion to the organized rapid development stage. The industry system is formed, as well as the agglomeration and the economies of scale. However, the overall scale of Guangzhou software industry is still small, so as to the software industry exports, leading enterprises, and the enterprises independent innovation capability is still weak, market environment need to be more regulated. Guangzhou should take the advantage of province-ministry cooperation, establish the mechanism of leadership responsibility and departmental co-ordination for industry promotion, increase the financial capital support and strengthen the construction of software parks, cultivate software leading enterprises and gathering top talents, strengthen IPR protection, and accelerate the pace of internationalization to enhance the software industry export oriented degree.
