朴槿惠政府社会福利政策运用及趋势探析
文章摘要：在朴槿惠执政的一年中，韩国福利政策产生了些许变化，福利政策的实施理念由“生产性福祉”向“普惠性福祉”转移，国民享受到的社会福利得以扩大。但由于财政支出的扩大及在野党势力的牵制，朴槿惠在福利方面的政策变革能否顺利推进还有不少变数，推动公众参与和引进福利税应该是其今后的努力方向。
