Abstract:Centering on the building up the new type of Sino-U.S. cooperative partnership relations,this paper offers a relative comprehensive and exploration from four perspectives: ①The current trends of the post-cold War era make the build-up of this new type of relationship necessary; ②The development of Sino-U.S. relations in the past over 30 years makes it possible; ③the special complexity and the grave challenges that both China and the U.S.face makes it difficult; ④However,the build-up of this new-type is workable so long as both sides decrease mistrust and enhance trust,manage and control disputes,and make benign interaction in the Asian-Pacific region through their concerted efforts.
