2009～2010年度国际关系研究述评
文章摘要：本文选取了重要国际学术期刊发表的一些文献，对2009～2010年度国际关系的研究进行了扫描。主要的议题涉及世界格局、国际规范、国际关系理论、非传统安全、核战略和政策、软实力等方面，简要阐述了这些方面出现的一些新观点和争论。这些议题的探讨进一步推动了国际关系学科的发展。
Abstract:This article surveys the development of international studies during the 2009-10 periods. Major articles have been selected from leading journals. The main topics include the international situation，international norms，international relations theory，ambiguous strategies and policies，and nontraditional security and soft power.
