文章摘要：目前，中日韩FTA已进行了三轮谈判，取得了一定的进展。但是，因谈判本身的难度和各种制约因素特别是政治因素的影响，中日韩FTA达成协议并不容易，很有可能成为一场旷日持久的马拉松谈判。这对于中日韩乃至东北亚、东亚经济合作，都会产生一些不利的影响。为此，中国应未雨绸缪，采取积极对策。
