文章摘要：作为《京都议定书》建立的减排机制之一，CDM项目合作既是实现市场化运作的国际环保合作模式，同时也是一种共赢的伙伴关系模式。中日两国在该方面的合作已取得一定成果，是两国战略互惠关系及经济合作进一步深化的具体体现。同时，中日CDM项目合作也存在着一系列问题，包括合作项目数有待继续增加、项目规模较小、合作领域较为狭窄等。
