Abstract:Minor enterprises economy is the important base of Japan’s economy.The minor enterprises economic recession always causes Japan’s whole economy and society environment deteriorate.So that when global financial crisis broke out in 2008，the Democratic Party which just assumed power has also taken countermeasures to weaken the minor enterprises’ difficulties and revitalize the minor enterprises economy.In 2010，while the Asian economy headed by China was warming up，Japanese minor enterprises economy continued to show improvement.At present，Japanese minor enterprises economy becomes better，however，there are a lot of instable factors in the future economic environment，so that Japanese minor enterprises economy’s growing basic environment is still fragile.
