日本的防震救灾对策以及经验教训
文章摘要：本研究的主要目的在于，通过就日本如何应对由地震引发的次生灾害的应急措施、城市地震中的避难地点设置、灾害预警与早期评估系统的建设以及交通疏导等问题进行列举分析，吸取日本在与自然灾害作抗争过程中所取得的宝贵经验，为我国制定应对自然灾害制度提供参考。
Abstract:This paper offers examples and analysis on the Japanese emergency measures on dealing with the earthquake-induced disasters, the deployment of earthquake shelters in the city, the construction of disaster alarm and assessment system and the traffic control, etc. The purpose is to gain valuable experience from Japan to develop the mechanism on how to respond to the natural disasters in China. 展开
