Abstract:In 2013，Belarus，Sri Lanka and Turkey took an active part in all activities organized by Shanghai Cooperation Organization such as the Bishkek Summit. They continuously strengthen the cultural exchange，economic and trade cooperation and military security dialogue with the SCO member states.
