Abstract:The year 2013 witnessed Tajikistan’s political stability in general，its national election go smooth with Emomali Rakhmon re-campaigning and re-winning. On winning the presidential campaign，President Rakhmon formed a young cabinet of almost all new faces. During the year，the data of Tajikistan’s macro-economy performed relatively well but the original restraints on its economic development were not completely eliminated. Though its security was not attacked with terror on a certain scale，it was beset fully by the “three strands of force”，transnational organized crime etc. As for its diplomacy，its relations with all major countries improved to some degree except with Uzbekhstan with which it had some dissenssion. In 2013，Tajikistan continued to participate in various events organized by the SCO，forming benevolent interaction with the SCO.
