文章摘要：围绕西方学界对新兴经济体奉行“国家资本主义”的指责，本文对新自由主义的政策后果、新兴经济体对发展道路的选择和中国社会主义市场经济体制的内涵等进行了探讨，分析了当前西方舆论热炒“国家资本主义”概念的深层次原因，指出了其掩盖国内政策失误、对外转嫁矛盾等的本质，澄清了对“中国特色社会主义”的曲解。
