文章摘要：本文在回顾历届世界社会论坛历史的基础上， 介绍了第十二届世界社会论坛的中心议题——— “资本主义危机， 社会和环境正义”。集中评析了几种主要观点: 资本主义教育模式遭遇危机; 资本主义民主和人权面临危机; 替代资本主义模式正当时; 走出危机， 社会运动将成为主导趋势。同时介绍了巴西总统关于建立可持续发展新模式的讲话精神。比较了世界社会论坛(WSF) 与世界经济论坛(WEF)， 倡导对立中寻求共识。最后建议， 中国声音有待加强。
