APEC发展前景展望
文章摘要：亚太经合组织(APEC)自成立以来经历了沉浮，近几年随着美国提出要在APEC框架内建设跨太平洋战略伙伴关系(TPP)，APEC似乎又重新受到关注。本文从历史的角度考察APEC的发展历程，认为当前美国对APEC态度的转变受到了中国崛起因素的影响，这个转变本身及其在其他国家中引起的反应对APEC的发展可能产生制约。
