文章摘要：对国际资本的依赖导致土耳其经济极易受到欧美国家经济波动的影响。在这次由美国次贷危机引发的全球金融危机中，土耳其金融市场受到巨大冲击，国民经济开始收缩、失业率不断攀升、国际收支出现双重赤字。土耳其政府和土耳其央行虽然采取各种措施刺激本国经济，冲销危机造成的影响，但效果并不明显。土耳其经济未来的发展仍取决于全球经济，特别是欧美经济的好转。
