中国（上海）自由贸易试验区的投资机遇分析

Abstract:Framework Plan for the China （Shanghai） Pilot Free Trade Zone presents a general view of Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone （FTZ）. Though slightly lower than expectation so far，the plan，as a national strategy，has made four breakthroughs，which would strongly support the development of Shanghai Pilot FTZ，and meanwhile guarantees a foreseeable prosperity of the FTZ in the following decade. The establishment also provides confidence in pursuing more profound reforms，promotes regional competition and cooperation，and reveals potentials for service industry. With the market and competition mechanism consummated，private capital sector is more lively and going to play an important role in process of opening up in China’s economy. There’re three specific perspectives of Shanghai Pilot FTZ that investors shall place great emphasis to consider.
