2013年我国融资租赁市场回顾与2014年展望

Abstract:The year of 2013 is a remarkable year for the China’s financial leasing sector. From the beginning of the year，financial leasing maintains sound momentum of growth. Turn to the third quarter，the lease transaction volume showed zero growth compared with the same period of the last year due to the reform program of replacing business tax with a value-added tax. At the end of 2013，the leasing sector has revived as benefit from adjustment of the government’s tax policies. From overview of the 2013，by ongoing support of government’s policies，significant increase on leasing companies in numbers，and also the adjustment of financial structure in China’s economy，China’s leasing sector maintains a sustainable development. In 2013，the lease transaction volume has increased to the two trillion RMB. In spite of the rapid growth of China’s leasing sector，there also exist a number of problems which need to be seriously considered and explored for its sustainable development.
