2013年我国信托市场回顾与2014年展望

Abstract:China’s trust industry has sustained its rapid growth in 2013，with the amount of assets under management exceeding 10 trillion，and has further consolidated its position in the entire financial system. The capital and profitability of trust companies have improved continuously. Meanwhile innovative businesses are gradually put into practice. Although the outbreaks of product crises caught attention of financial industry，none of them has led to systematic crisis. For 2014，trust industry will face many challenges such as the slowing growth owing to tightening regulations，the question how trust companies take innovative businesses a further step to form stable business patterns，the discovery of new business areas，the adjustment of business structures，the improvement of companies’self-management capabilities and so on. How trust industry manages to carry out transition under such fierce market competition has become the focus of internal and external analysis.
