论香港国际私法的晚近发展

Abstract:Hong Kong Private International Law，Which is the legal basis of the harmonization of law conflicts between different legal units in Hong Kong，mainly including three parts—Jurisdiction，Choice of Law，Judicial Assistance in Civil and Commercial Matters，has mainly included common law rules and Hong Kong legislations. Since 1997，when Hong Kong became a Special Administrative Region （SAR） of the People’s Republic of China，HK Private International Law has obtained some recent developments based on its original rules，such as the big progress and development of regional judicial assistance cooperation，the positive role of HKSAR in the activists of HCCH，Domicile Ordinance taken into effect in 2009. This paper tries to analyze the recent and future development of Hong Kong Private International Law.
