Abstract:In 2022，Japanese society will face a series of international and domestic uncertainty risks under the continuous influence of the world’s significant changes and the COVID-19 mutation virus，Omicron. The development of Japan’s population aging and fewer children are accelerating，and the national burden rate and social security pressure are constantly increasing. At the same time，social conflicts have increased，social divisions have intensified，and the process of individualization has accelerated. The Japanese government has stepped up the reform of the social security system，planning to set up the “Children and Families Agency，” and intends to provide all-round support to families in order to increase the birth rate. In addition，the Japanese government is promoting building a “Symbiotic and Inclusive” society，such as accelerating local creation，implementing the “same-sex partner oath system” in some regions，and expanding the scope of foreign labor. How to find new opportunities for social development in the uncertain trend of the times has become a severe challenge for Japan’s future society.
