东盟-日本建立合作关系50周年的回顾与展望

Abstract:In the 1970s，under the background of significant changes in East Asia，Japan and ASEAN began to establish cooperative relations. Over the psat 50 years，Japan and ASEAN have deepened bilateral relations in the fields of politics and security，as a result，the two sides agreed to raise their ties to a strategic partnership in 2005 with the establishment of a number of bilateral and multilateral cooperation mechanisms. In the meantime，the collaboration in the economic region has been constantly improving. On the basis of trade and investment cooperation，with the support of Official Development Assistance，the bilateral collaboration has achieved new progress in the new regions such as Industrial Revolution 4.0，digital transformation，green transformation，and sustainable development. In addition，the two sides have established cooperation that includes cultural protection，talent training，health care，disaster management in the social and cultural fields with the focus on humanitarianism，laying the foundation for further improvement of bilateral relations.
