2021～2022年大洋洲国家对外经贸合作进展与展望

Abstract:Since 2021，the foreign trade of Oceania countries has recovered strongly，and the trade scale has reached a record high for two consecutive years. Among them，the total foreign trade of Oceania countries in 2021 is about US$ 837.47 billion，an increase of 24.1% compared with the previous year；the total trade in goods in 2022 is US$ 847.033 billion，an increase of 17.5% compared with the previous year. Meanwhile，the international investment cooperation of Oceania countries generally performed better，but it has not yet recovered to the pre-COVID-19 level. In terms of economic and trade cooperation with China，the overall development trend was good，with trade and investment between the two sides maintaining growth，although there were differences between different countries. Looking ahead to 2023，with the warming of China-Australia relations，the continued release of RCEP dividends and the deepening of the Belt and Road cooperation，Oceania’s foreign trade and economic cooperation will face more positive factors，and will maintain a better development trend without considering major unexpected events.
