2021～2022年中国非传统安全发展研究

Abstract:At present，the world situation is turbulent. Human society has entered a unique period of great economic instability and major changes in the global political and economic landscape and has faced increasing non-traditional security risks and challenges within the collision of deep globalization and anti-globalization. On the other hand，the world in which human beings live is interconnected，interdependent，symbiotic，and mutually beneficial. The interests of all countries are embedded in each other，and security is mutually guaranteed，which makes all kinds of non-traditional security manifested as transnational human security and public security. Non-traditional security governance needs to establish a global security concept，build a mechanism of “mutual security，risk sharing and common future”，and achieve “governance by peace-cooperativism” that is based on “peace-cooperation and symbiosis”，so as to realize “peace-cooperation and sharing” as well as maintain global public welfare and public interests.
